Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
These Terms govern use of the VinCol Global Charters website, enquiries and quotation requests, our brokerage/intermediary services, and general interactions before a booking. They apply from 8 October 2026.
Our website is for enquiries and quotation requests. It does not provide instant online booking or accept payments. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a charter.
These Terms do not contain every condition of an individual charter. A particular booking may also be governed by its quotation, Charter Agreement, booking confirmation, invoice, incorporated aircraft operator terms and other booking-specific documents. Those documents may contain more detailed terms for that charter and will be provided for your consideration before you commit to the relevant arrangements.

Our role as a broker
VinCol Global Charters acts as a private aviation broker and intermediary, sourcing private jet and, where suitable, helicopter charter options through third-party operators.
VinCol does not own the charter aircraft displayed or sourced through its brokerage service and does not itself operate charter flights. Flights are performed by the relevant third-party aircraft or helicopter operator.
The operator retains operational control over its aircraft and flights. Flight-safety and operational decisions remain with that operator and its flight crew. Arranging a charter does not transfer operational control to VinCol or remove any legal responsibilities VinCol has for its own brokerage services.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
Submitting a Request a Quote, Contact or Partner form, or contacting us by email, WhatsApp or telephone, does not create a confirmed charter. An enquiry acknowledgement is not a booking confirmation.
Receiving a quotation, discussing or selecting an aircraft, indicating that you wish to proceed, or receiving information about availability does not by itself confirm a booking.
A charter is not confirmed until all of the following have happened:
- VinCol has reconfirmed the relevant aircraft and operator availability.
- You have accepted the applicable quotation, Charter Agreement and/or booking terms.
- The required payment has been received in cleared funds by the recipient specified in the applicable booking documentation.
A different arrangement applies only if VinCol expressly agrees it in writing.
No payments through the website
The VinCol Global Charters website does not currently accept or process charter payments. There is no website checkout, online card payment system or instant online charter purchase.
If you choose to proceed following an enquiry, payment information will be provided separately through official booking documentation.
Separate payment arrangements
The applicable price, currency, payment amount, deadline, recipient and payment instructions will be stated in the quotation, invoice, Charter Agreement, booking confirmation or other verified booking documentation.
Depending on the particular arrangement, payment may be made to VinCol Global Charters, directly to the relevant aircraft operator, or through a designated banking or payment service provider. None of these payment methods is currently available through this website.
Checking payment instructions
Only make payments using instructions in official VinCol booking/payment documentation or instructions you have independently verified with VinCol. If you receive an unexpected change to bank or payment instructions, verify it through a known VinCol contact method before transferring funds.
Quotations and pricing
Each quotation is valid for the period stated in that particular quotation. There is no single validity period applying to every quotation.
Before confirmation, quotations may remain subject to aircraft availability, operator reconfirmation, positioning, itinerary, airport availability, permits, slots, handling, taxes, duties, fuel, operational requirements, supplier pricing and customer-requested changes, where applicable. Pricing may change before confirmation if availability or relevant costs change.
After confirmation, changes to the price or additional charges may arise only where permitted by the applicable booking terms, customer-requested changes, applicable taxes or fees, or other properly disclosed contractual circumstances, and subject to applicable law. These Terms do not give VinCol an unrestricted right to change a confirmed price.
Brokerage and service remuneration
VinCol’s brokerage/service remuneration may be incorporated into the quoted charter price or otherwise identified in the applicable quotation, invoice or booking documentation.
Your information and travel documents
Please provide accurate and timely contact information, passenger numbers, departure and destination details, itinerary, baggage and pet information, special assistance needs and other service requirements. Passenger names and further passenger details may be required later in the booking process. Tell us promptly if relevant information changes.
Customers and passengers are generally responsible for obtaining appropriate passports, visas, immigration and entry permissions, travel documents and any required health documentation, unless VinCol expressly agrees to provide a specific service relating to these matters. VinCol does not guarantee entry to any country.
Baggage, pets and special requests
Baggage
Baggage capacity differs by aircraft. Please provide accurate information, including details of oversized or excess baggage, as this may affect aircraft suitability. Baggage arrangements remain subject to operator confirmation.
Pets
Pet carriage is subject to operator requirements, aircraft suitability, airport requirements, destination and import rules, and relevant documentation. A pet request on the website does not guarantee acceptance.
Special requests
Special assistance, catering and other requests are subject to confirmation. Including a request in an enquiry does not mean that it has been accepted or included in the charter price.
Aircraft images and categories
Aircraft images and categories on the website are illustrative. Unless specifically confirmed in booking documentation, they do not guarantee a particular aircraft. Aircraft shown are not owned or operated by VinCol; availability changes and the actual aircraft offered may differ from an illustration.
Operator and flight-crew decisions
The relevant operator and flight crew make operational and safety decisions, including decisions about weather, flight safety, routing, payload, airport suitability, crew duty limitations and operational feasibility.
VinCol cannot override those decisions by arranging or coordinating a charter. This does not exclude any responsibility VinCol has under applicable law or the agreed booking arrangements.
Helicopter charter
VinCol may arrange helicopter charter through third-party operators using the same broker/intermediary model. VinCol does not operate helicopters.
Helicopter arrangements may depend on weather, landing-site availability, operating permissions, payload, operational restrictions and aircraft availability. The relevant operator retains operational control.
Chauffeur and supporting services
Chauffeur transport is an optional ancillary service in connection with a VinCol-arranged charter, currently offered alongside private jet charter. It is not a standalone VinCol service.
You may request a departure transfer, an arrival transfer, both, or no chauffeur service, subject to availability. Selected third-party providers supply the transport; VinCol does not own or operate the vehicles. Vehicle type, timing and availability require confirmation, and a specific vehicle is guaranteed only if expressly confirmed.
Where agreed, VinCol may also help arrange catering, ground handling, airport support or other supporting services. These are not automatically included. The relevant third-party provider is responsible for the service it supplies under the applicable legal and contractual arrangements, without removing any legal responsibility VinCol has for its own services.
Changes you request
Changes requested after quotation or confirmation are subject to availability and may require operator approval, a different aircraft, altered routing, additional cost or revised documents.
We will communicate material additional charges and seek your approval where appropriate before proceeding with a requested change. Any revised arrangements remain subject to the applicable booking terms and law.
Aircraft or operator changes
An aircraft or operator may need to change for reasonable reasons such as safety, maintenance, operational requirements, aircraft availability, disruption or regulatory issues. This is not an unrestricted right to substitute an aircraft or operator.
Material changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable. Where appropriate, VinCol may seek a suitable alternative, but cannot guarantee an identical replacement aircraft. Your rights following a material substitution depend on the booking terms, the circumstances and mandatory law.
Delays, diversions and disruption
Private aviation is subject to weather, technical problems, air traffic restrictions, airport closures, crew duty limits, governmental restrictions, security events and other operational disruption. Exact departure and arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Applicable remedies and responsibility for costs depend on the booking and incorporated operator terms, the circumstances and applicable law. Disruption does not automatically remove VinCol’s responsibilities or your rights.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation and refund conditions for an actual charter will be set out in the applicable quotation, Charter Agreement, booking confirmation, incorporated operator terms or other booking-specific documents.
Where applicable, cancellation charges may reflect operator or supplier cancellation charges, committed or incurred costs, and VinCol fees or costs properly disclosed in the booking terms. Charges must remain consistent with applicable law and must not be punitive.
These website Terms do not set a universal cancellation schedule or make all payments non-refundable. Refund entitlement and any charges must be assessed under the applicable booking arrangements and law; VinCol does not automatically retain every payment in every circumstance.
Consumer rights
VinCol works with private/consumer customers and corporate/business customers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any statutory cancellation rights apply only where and to the extent provided by applicable law.
Responsibility and liability
VinCol remains responsible for its own brokerage/intermediary services and for performing its obligations with reasonable care and skill. Those services are distinct from the operation of flights by third-party operators. Arranging a charter does not mean that VinCol assumes operational control of an aircraft.
The responsibilities of VinCol and the operator depend on their respective roles, applicable law and the agreed booking arrangements. Referring to a third-party operator or supplier does not remove VinCol’s own legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No monetary liability cap is imposed by these website Terms.
Events outside reasonable control
Severe weather, natural disasters, airspace or airport closures, governmental action, major security events, industrial action or widespread infrastructure disruption may prevent or delay performance.
Where an event genuinely affects an arrangement, VinCol will take reasonable steps to communicate its impact and consider available options. The consequences depend on the circumstances, applicable booking terms and law. An event does not automatically cancel every obligation, and inconvenience alone does not excuse performance.
Website information and acceptable use
Website content is general information. Descriptions do not guarantee aircraft availability, pricing or routes, and are not a binding charter offer unless confirmed through appropriate booking documentation. This does not remove any legal responsibility for information we provide.
Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere maliciously with its operation, send spam or automated abuse, make fraudulent enquiries, or knowingly provide false information.
Intellectual property and external links
VinCol’s branding, original site copy and design, and other website materials are owned by VinCol or used under licence or other permission as applicable. Please respect those rights and obtain permission for uses that require it; uses permitted by law are unaffected.
Third-party trademarks, photographs and other copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not mean that VinCol owns them.
Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to an endorsement by VinCol.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information provided through the website and our enquiry services.
Questions and complaints
Please contact info@vincolglobalcharters.com or your relevant VinCol booking contact with questions or complaints about our services.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under applicable law in your place of residence.
Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in another court where mandatory law gives them that right.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these website Terms prospectively. Updated Terms apply from their stated effective date. Updating the website Terms does not automatically change an already-agreed Charter Agreement or booking-specific terms.
Remaining provisions and rights
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions, which continue to apply where legally possible.
A delay in exercising a right does not necessarily mean that the person entitled to it has waived that right.
